The Atosa CookRite MROS-5ST overshelf and sneeze guard is designed for use with the CSTEB-5C electric steam table.
It creates a more organized serving station by adding upper shelf space and helping protect displayed food in self-service applications. A practical addition for cafeterias, buffet lines, catering operations, and other heated food-holding setups.
